These services are delivered as “done-for-you” work based on industry best practices and past performance across successful brands.

Results are not guaranteed.
By purchasing KIIPRO services, you acknowledge that outcomes such as leads, sales, conversions, or return on ad spend are influenced by numerous external variables — including but not limited to your product quality, customer demand, platform behavior, and overall market conditions — and are therefore beyond our control.

Paid advertising budgets are not included in service fees.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, any paid ad spend for platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, or Pinterest must be allocated and paid for directly by the client, separate from the KIIPRO service pricing.

No refunds once delivery begins.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services — which involve upfront planning, strategy, and custom creative production — all payments are non-refundable once delivery of work has started. This applies to all phases, including product research, design, copywriting, creative production, or advertising setup.

Scope of responsibility.
KIIPRO is not responsible for product fulfillment, customer support, or backend logistics. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the marketing and creative services described within this Terms of Service.
